Apparently short on dogs, the Vietnamese took to breeding these pigs as pets. Unlike most dogs, however, these porcine pals generally grow up from cute little piglets to end up rivalling Scooby Doo in the size department so you'll need a fair bit of room for them! Oh, and plenty of food too.

Intelligent and easy to train they will often perform tricks for a food reward and many owners like nothing better than to take them for walks on a leash. Predominantly black or grey in colour they will colour co-ordinate with nearly every home interior.
