Buy your own 10 year old Islay single malt barrel and never fear running out of your favourite tipple. The barrel, or cask, is equivalent to about 290 70cl bottles.
The distillery is 100% comitted to pure, traditional practice, and their as such their whiskys feature no artificial colouring and are not chill filtered. The equipment is genuine victorian era, and the small team that run it are more enthusiastic volunteers than emplyees.
You could even try the older, more expensive but tastier tipples...
